Columbia Memorial Hospital began a Pain Management program for the surrounding communities in the spring of 2002.

Dr. Tomasz Andrejuk is board certified in Anesthesia and Pain Managment. He performs pain-relieving procedures at Columbia Memorial Hospital. He also sees outpatients at Valatie Medical Arts, approximately 20 minutes north of Hudson.

Most major insurances are accepted.
