The Medical Imaging Department offers a complete range of diagnostic and interventional services in general radiology and in subspecialty areas.
We offer:
PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System)
PACS is an important part of integrating your healthcare. Whether you are being seen in your physician's office or the Emergency Department, PACS makes all of your Medical Imaging results available with the click of a button any time of the day or night.
MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
Our magnet has the largest and shortest bore (hole) for patient comfort and we'll play your favorite music - just bring in your CDs. Additionally, there is a "quick out button" should the patient become uncomfortable.
CT Scan (Computed Tomography)
64 slice CT with the ability to do full body and cardiac imaging.
Mammography
We offer full service mammography care, including digital screening mammograms, breast ultrasound, breast MRI and breast biopsy.
Ultrasound
General, obstetrical, gynecological, and vascular exams performed with the use of sound waves.
Bone Densitometry
Exam used for early detection of osteoporosis.
Nuclear Medicine
Uses a radioactive tracer to visualize bone functionality and internal organs, such as the heart, lungs, thyroid, gallbladder and liver.
X-ray
Standard x-ray procedures and fluoroscopic exams, such as GI series and small bowel studies.
Vascular Intervention
Vascular Intervention procedures are performed by the Vascular Group, PLLC.
Radiologists
Our Board Certified Radiologists are specially trained to interpret the most technologically advanced exams, including cardiac CTAs and breast MRIs using state of the art equipment.
Technologists
Our technologists are NYSDOH licensed and ARRT registered. They are trained on the most sophisticated equipment in order for your procedure to be done as quickly and accurately as possible.
