Columbia Memorial Hospital's Patient Accounting Department can assist you with issues surrounding your outstanding bills, help paying your bills, or with any questions you may have regarding the services you were billed for.

Facilitator Enroller


The facilitator enroller will assist you in applying for various insurance programs through New York State. These insurances programs are designed for lower income children, individuals, and families. You may reach the facilitator enroller at 518.822.9600.

Potential Medicaid Program

Uncompensated Care


If you are denied from Medicaid you may qualify for our uncompensated care program, which will allow you to receive a reduction on your self-pay bill.

Crime Victims


If you are a victim of a crime you maybe eligible for financial assistance through the Crime Victims Program. Please contact 518.828.8051 for further information.

Healthy Women's Partnership


You may be eligible for financial assistance for mammographies, and pelvic exams through Healthy Women's Partnership. Please contact 518.822.8741 for further assistance.

Insured Patients

Prior to receiving services rendered please verify your benefit coverage and participation status with your insurance carrier.
