 During Your Stay
Room Arrangements
We will make every effort to honor specific room requests. If you request a private room and it is not medically necessary, you will be responsible for the difference in the cost for that room and the amount covered by your insurance.
Valuables
To assure that your stay with us meets your expectations, please be aware that the hospital cannot be responsible for your personal belongings and / or valuables. Please do not bring:
- Jewelry or other valuables
- Large sums of money
- Radio or television
- Medications from home unless specifically ordered by your physician
Telephone
Telephone service is provided to patients free of charge. This service allows for unlimited local calls. Long distance calls may also be made by reversing the charges, charging calls to your home or to your credit card.
Television Service Information
Television service is available to patients in their rooms during their stay in the hospital. The charge for television service is $4.00 per day. This charge will be added to the patient’s home telephone bill. The description of the charge will read Hosp. Tel. Chg. Patients may select or decline television services when visited by Television Attendants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted on the hospital campus. Patients, visitors and staff are to leave tobacco products in their vehicle. |
