Columbia Memorial opens new Valatie offices for family care practices

 

Kinderhook Medical Care and Valatie Family Care, affiliates of Columbia
Memorial Hospital, have moved their offices from the Valatie Medical
Arts Building to a new facility at the Ocean State Job Lots Plaza on
Route 9 in Valatie.

The practices of Brian Daggett, MD, Elizabeth Howard, DO, and Todd
Sandagato, RPA-C ( Kinderhook Medical Care), and that of Stephen Krizar,
MD, Helen Brady, NP, and Susan Mekosh, RPA-C (Valatie Family Care), will
occupy the new space.

"We've done this to better serve patients with more accessible exam
rooms, office space, and reception areas and more convenient parking,"
said Steve Anderson, Vice President of Family Practice Management.

The new offices are just down the plaza from the recently opened Urgent
Care.
