Rayshawn is the definition of customer service. He not only takes on any challenge before him, but he does with a positive attitude and smile on his face. It doesn't matter if he is preparing his third resident meal of the day, putting together a last minute staff meal, or running a special order up to a resident room, he does so with professionalism, pride and speed. Ray is a key member of the dietary team, and has been especially helpful in the transition of putting a new manager of dietary at Katterskill in place. Ray realizes that Kaaterskill care is "Home" to over one hundred residents, and treats each and every one with the respect they deserve in their home. He makes every effort to make every meal with that homemade touch, to make their stay, as comfortable and caring as he can.
