Maggie Bentley, Employee of the Month for November 2010

Congratulations to Maggie Bentley for being chosen Employee of the Month for November 2010. Since returning to Columbia Memorial in March of 2009, Maggie has consistently been involved in projects to improve the quality and safety of all our patients and staff.

Maggie was instrumental in getting our Safety Program launched this year and assisted in training many staff. There was even one occasion when she was the only instructor who arrived to teach a safety class and instead of panicking, she single handedly got the class going until others arrived to lend her a hand.

Although Maggie has been faced with loss and difficult times in the past few months, she still remains upbeat and positive. She comes to work with a smile and tries to make sure others are happy and content.

It is for these reasons and many more that Maggie was nominated for Employee of the Month of November.
