Gordon Hazen, physician assistant, has joined Dr. George Davis in practice at Callan Family Care Center, an affiliate of Columbia Memorial Hospital.
Callan Family Care is located at 358 Mountain View Road, Copake, NY.
Mr. Hazen has provided healthcare as a physician assistant for Columbia and Greene County residents for the past 20 years. His bachelor's degree is from Syracuse University in Nutrition Science, and he did his medical training at Albany Medical College.
Mr. Hazen's healthcare experience has been predominately in family practice medicine, but also includes work in orthopedic surgery, psychiatry, hematology/oncology, and geriatrics.
