We are a 120 bed, not-for-profit healthcare facility located in a secure, community-based setting of the Catskills.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of care by professionally licensed and certified individuals. We provide you with a full range of services in our facility as well as services available from the community. Our services have enabled many individuals to return to the community after a short stay. Our long-term residents also benefit from our therapeutic environment. The 1998-1999 edition of The Inside Guide to American Nursing Homes rated us the number one Nursing Home in Greene County and ranked us in the top 50 out of 660 Nursing Homes in the State.
