Or you may call the Foundation office at 518.828.8239 and we will take your credit card payment information over the phone.

A. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Request a matching gift form from your employer and send it, completed and signed, with your gift. The impact of your gift may be doubled or even tripled!

A. Gifts of stock, bonds, cars, and property are welcome as long as they are within our Gift Acceptance Policy guidelines. These gifts provide financial support for Columbia Memorial as well as tax benefits for you. Please contact us for more information.
