Q. Can I make a donation in honor of a physician, nurse, volunteer or other staff member?
Yes! We know that patients and family members are often touched by a special caregiver during their hospital stay or health care experience. Grateful patients and family members can honor a caregiver or hospital staff member by making a gift in their honor. Honorees can include physicians, nurses, support staff, volunteers, and any member of the Columbia Memorial family. Physicians and staff members can also honor hospital co-workers and volunteers through this tribute program. Q. How do I give a tribute gift in honor or in memory of someone?
You can honor someone special, make a gift recognizing an occasion or milestone, or remember a loved one when you make a gift to Columbia-Greene Hospital Foundation. Q. How can I participate in special fundraising events?
A. Throughout the year, Columbia-Greene Hospital Foundation offers a variety of special events that support Columbia Memorial. The Foundation's four annual signature events are the Hospital Ball, the Winter Blast, the Four Ball Mixed Scramble Golf Tournament, and the Francis Greenburger Annual Tennis Tournament.

Q. What payment methods does the Foundation accept?
The Foundation accepts gifts of cash, checks, and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Gifts can be made by mail, phone, and on-line. Columbia Memorial employees may also make gifts through payroll deduction, click here

Q. Can I leave the hospital a bequest in my will?
A. Yes. When you name the Columbia-Greene Hospital Foundation in your estate plans, you become a member of the Living Legacy Society. Your gift will support the future of Columbia Memorial Hospital and our communities while offering significant tax savings to you. Please consult your attorney or tax advisor for more information.
Q. Are the Columbia-Greene Hospital Foundation and Columbia Memorial Hospital not-for-profit organizations?
A. Yes. Columbia-Greene Hospital Foundation and Columbia Memorial Hospital are each separate 501(c)3 charitable organizations. The Foundation is the funding partner of Columbia Memorial Hospital and is eligible to receive private, corporate, and foundation gifts, as well as matching gifts from corporations. Contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
