Welcome to the Family Care Centers of Columbia Memorial Hospital
in Hudson, New York.
We
are pleased to offer health care at many sites in three surrounding
counties. Columbia County offers eleven practices in twelve sites,
Greene County has four practices in three sites, and Dutchess
County has one practice in Red Hook, NY.
Several
of our Family Care Centers are set in the lovely upstate New
York countryside with a view of mountains or rivers. Many
are within walking distance for the patients and several are
set in Professional Medical buildings offering a variety of
services.
The
Family Care Centers and Columbia Memorial Hospital shared an
outstanding score of 94 in the recent Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Hospital Organization survey.
Our
centers offer Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics,
Rheumatology, Diabetes Education, Dermatology, Pain
Management, Podiatry, and Women's Health.
Our
first center, Callan Family Care, opened in the fall of 1993 and
we opened our ninth Family Care Center, Jefferson Heights Family
Care in March, 2003. We also have Obstetric and Women's Health
at three sites, Pain Management at two sites, and Dermatology
Practice at two sites.
We are constantly expanding, upgrading our centers, educating
our staff, and welcoming new ideas, providers, and patients.
We want to be the Family Care Center of choice for all.
