It is with great regret that I inform you that Dr. John French has unexpectedly passed away.
As you know, Dr. French was an outstanding Rheumatologist who dedicated his life to patient care for our local communities. He will be greatly missed.
While we search for someone to carry on his practice, the Rheumatology office of Columbia Memorial Hospital is actively working with The Center for Rheumatology in Albany, NY to accommodate all patients and their medical needs.
They have agreed to care for all patients in Dr. French's practice and we will assist you in transitioning your care. Below are some answers to key questions that you may have during this transition.

If you need immediate prescription refills:
Pharmacies will fill existing prescriptions. For new prescriptions, we will work with your primary care physician and The Center for Rheumatology. |
