Hasmukh Harde MD, FAAP has been in private pediatric practice in Hudson for more than 30 years treating children from birth up to age 18. Dr. Harde is Board Certified in Pediatrics. Formerly, Dr. Harde was Senior Resident in Pediatrics at Jewish Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn and obtained his fellowship in Ambulatory Pediatric Care from Harlem Hospital Center in New York.



Dr. Harde will work with Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) Connie Signor. Ms. Signor has more than 20 years experience as a PNP and will assist the doctors in physical assessment and diagnosis. She has worked with Dr. Harde since 1995. Previously she was a PNP with Somerville Pediatric Associates in Somerville, Massachusetts. Her Master of Science in Nursing is from Boston College and she has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, cum laude, from State University of New York in Plattsburgh.
