William F. Browne, MD has been the backbone of Cairo Family Care Center for the last thirteen years, practicing comprehensive internal medicine. Previous to that he was in private practice in Cairo.
Doctor Browne received his M.D. Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He has a B.S. Degree from the University of Dayton. He did his internship at Southside Hospital in Bayshore, New York. Dr. Browne is an Air Force veteran. He is now accepting adult patients.
Ernest Enzien, Jr., MD practices family medicine at the Cairo Family Care Center. Dr. Enzien previously had his own family practice in Saugerties. Previous to his medical career, Dr. Enzien worked in advertising in Manhattan. He holds a B.A. in History from Colgate University. Dr. Enzien was an Emergency Medicine Physician at Northern Dutchess Hospital. He is now accepting patients of all ages.
Joanne E. Vogel, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Cairo Family Care. She has clinical specialty in mental health nursing in pediatric and adolescent care. Her FNP degree is from Pace University. She holds a MA in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing. She is on the adjunct faculty at Russell Sage Colleges, in Albany and at Saint Mary College, Newburgh, NY. She is now accepting patients of all ages.
