Program
Requirements
.
Applicants of the program will be required to work at Columbia
Memorial Hospital or Long Term Care
either during the school year or during summer breaks
on a part-time or full-time basis.
.
Applicants who are employees of Columbia Memorial
Hospital or Long Term Care must not be in
the Corrective Action Process prior to application and
during participation of the program. |

Applicants who are employees of Columbia Memorial
Hospital or Long Term Care must have and
maintain a minimum of a satisfactory performance appraisal
during participation in the program.

Full-time and Part-time students must maintain at
Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.35 on a four (4)-point
scale. An official copy of your recent transcript
must be submitted each semester of
educational training acquired.

Applicants under 21 years of age must have a parent or legal
guardian co-sign the application and contractual agreement
forms.
.
Employees who are accepted into the program and must be
excused from employment / school or have a Leave of Absence
will be reviewed by the Selection Committee and Executive
Management on a case by case basis.

Selection
Criteria
The
selection process is highly competitive. Applicants are evaluated
first by interviews and then by a Selection Committee. Final approval
will be given by Executive Management.
